I bought my K450 Desktop a while back on Amazon, and it said that it had bluetooth.
It doesn't seem to be built in, but a bluetooth dongle for the included keyboard and mouse may have been what it was referencing.
If this was the case, how can I make the keyboard/mouse bluetooth dongle general purpose so that I can connect my mobile phone to my PC wirelessly? I've tried installing the Lenovo bluetooth drivers, but am told that no bluetooth reciever is connected to my PC.
Why can't I make this usb dongle act as general purpose, rather than only working for the keyboard/mouse?

Hi JRChapman ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you have a machine number to check the details of the wlan card that came with your machine? Check on the machine number from the sticker or check it from here ,just keep your serial number confidential.
Checking on the general specifications do not include bluetooth capability aside from those mentioned on optional accessory like the BT keyboard and mouse.
Hope this helps answer your query.
Update us how it goes.
