Hi Ale1612YT ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
OEM recommended upgrade listed from the hardware manual page 75.
However this does not limit other owners from customizing their rig to what is needed similar to this thread successfully upgrading both GPU and PSU (gigabyte gtx960 itx card and a corsair 500w atx psu) .
On the same thread , fellow selenit4 is currently in process for a zotac gtx 1060 mini and a corsair cx600 and would be updating for functionality soon.
Hope this helps answer your query.

The full size ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1060 may be too long to fit in the case, but the ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1060 Mini appears to be the right size to fit.
You will need to upgrade your Power Supply Unit (PSU) from the stock 280w PSU to a larger one to properly power the new video card. ZOTAC recommends a 400w PSU or better.
You can install a larger PSU with little problem, but you will have to also buy a PSU Main Power 24-Pin to 14-Pin Adapter Cable to adapt the standard 24 pin power connector to the 14 pin needed on the H50-50. I also see the adapter for sale on Amazon.com for a bit cheaper.
This kid in the UK has upgraded his H50-50, and created a pretty good set of videos on how to do so, including what parts he needed to make it work. He used a MSI GTX750 Mini, but the ZOTAC GTX1060 Mini should fit as well, but be sure to measure well before buying.
