I have a Lenovo H530 desktop with Intel HD Graphics 4600. I am upgrading to Windows 10 and looking for the driver. However the driver cannot be found on the Lenovo website. There are Intel VGA drivers for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, and Nvidia and AMD drivers for Windows 10. But no Intel VGA driver for Windows 10.
There is a driver on the Intel website, but it is not compatible - the installer states that the driver must be obtained from Lenovo.
Where is the Intel VGA driver for Windows 10???
Thanks in advance for your help.

If you download the .zip version of the driver from Intel's website, you should be able to install it without getting the OEM error message by downloading the driver as a .zip file instead of as a .exe. The .exe is what checks to see if you have an OEM system, so by using the .zip you bypass that check and the driver will install.

Thanks. Unfortunately when I try updating the driver using this method, I get a message "the best drivers for your device are already installed". This does not quite make sense since the installed version is 10.18.15.4278 from 8/17/2015.
I was able to install the driver suggested by sclexman. However the version displayed in Device Manager is still the one from 8/17/2015 that was crashing regularly.
It seems to me that Lenovo should post a Windows 10 driver for H530 with Intel HD 4600. I would like Lenovo to respond why there is none listed.

I seem to remember having seen that same "the best driver for your system is already installed" message before too, but I got around it by pointing to the unzipped driver as I mentioned before, waiting for the message, and then going right back into Device Manager, right clicking on the Intel HD Graphics 4600 again, only this time selecting Uninstall device, making sure to check the box to "Delete the driver software for this device" and then rebooting. The driver may have been pushed down by Microsoft since it took a bit longer to reboot as I remember, but in any case it worked for me.
Upon reboot, you should see driver version 18.104.22.16824 dated 3/8/2017 installed.
Hope that works for you too.

That worked! Device Manager now shows the 3/8/2017 version installed. I think the key was to force uninstall of the old driver by clicking Uninstall Device.
Hopefully this driver won't crash regularly like the old one. In case it does, I will post back.
I appreciate all the help. Thanks again!

Excellent, I think the uninstall of the device, and the previous drivers, was the key too, but I am still not sure why it was nescessary when installing a newer driver version, but I'm glad to see it worked for you too.
