I'm helping out a friend who has a Ideacenter 620S bought with Windows 10 pre installed.
He has had it 5 days and ran into Windows problems already.
It kept shutting down at random.
Returned to shop (PC World) and was tested in the shop, it fired up ok then.
Was told it had gone into hibernate/sleep state and by removing the power source this has reset it, hence now working.
So back home again & still problems, windows wont boot and the F1 and F8 options dont work, cant get into safemode.
So he wants to try One key recovery
Q is how/where is one key recovery button on this device.
How can he restore to factory defaults ?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Community Forums.
This model do not seem to have the One Key Recovery features ( usually accessed via tapping F2 on restart on other models). It has the Windows Reset as described here.
First try to turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source. Press and hold down the power button for 12 seconds to drain flea power out and turn on. Soon as you power on try to keep tapping on F1. This should show the a menu and see if you have the option for System Recovery.
Else, try to boot normally then proceed with the link methods above.
Before deciding on a Reset, back up any data you may want and perhaps try to check for updates forst that may help resolve the issue if it can boot up normally.
I hope this helps answer your query.
Update us how it goes.
