K330B Desktop (ideacentre) - Type 7747 - Model 1KU (Serial#XXXXXXXXX)
I am needing to upgrade to a better GPU from my AMD Radeon HD 6870. New PSU 500W and 16GB ram onboard I didn't know that this isn't a machine ompatible with UEFI. Where can i find a list of compatible cards without having to talk to someone that is gonna try to sell me something I don't want. BB sold me an XFX Radeon RX560 4GB everything I need, not compatible UEFI or something not sure. Just want something I can use. Is there any suggestion for a 4GB card that will work with HDMIx2 or DVI HDMI

Some older, but not too old cards, should be non-UEFI. One way to find them, is to use the 'Techpowerup VGA BIOS database' - you can search for a given card and on its page see whether it is UEFI compatible. If not - then it should work on older systems with legacy BIOS including yours. GTX 660 for instance is non-UEFI.
Here is whole database and example of GTX 660 page - look for "UEFI supported" section in the card details - should be "No" in your case:
