do Nvidia GTX 660 fit in Lenovo ideacentre 310s? If not, what graphic card that has same or better graphic than this one would fit in?

What exact model (MTM) of Ideacenter do you have? The biggest limitation other than physical space to install the card is probably your power supply (PSU) because Nvidia recommends that you have a 450W PSU for the GTX 660, while Nvdia only recommends newer cards like the GTX 1050 and GTX1060 have 300w and 400w PSU respectively. You don't necessarily have to have the recommended PSU, but some of the Ideacenter 310s came with external (laptop style) power supplies of only 65W.

No. The GTX 660 (and 1060) are full-height cards, and will not fit a 'Slim' system such as 310s, where a low-profile card is required.
Additionally, your specific model appears to have a 65w power adapter (external laptop-type brick -- you can confirm that by Googling the part number on the adapter itself), which is sufficient for the system only, sans any graphics card. The optional power adapters with at least 95w would allow for a low-power (30w) graphics card.
