After purchase today, I updated hardware drivers with Lenovo's own program and have the following error code;
Hardware scan detected one or more failures.
Reference the error code below when contacting lenovo support at http://www.lenovo.com/eticket
Result Code: WMB01A008-WL7D2L
(it is under MOTHERBOARD - USB Test)
I am unable to access the 'eticket' site as it redirects me to the main support site and nothing shows on the error code when searching on the site.
Will appreciate your guidance.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would any of the USB port fail?
The concern maybe similar to this case .
Technical support can provide the interpretation of the error code using internal tool if needed.
Update us how it goes.

In addition to Spidey101's advice there was a posting from another member with a similar issue. The problem was resolved by plugging the mouse and keyboard into different USB ports. Here is that posting for an additional reference.....

As advised plugging mouse/keyboard usb s to upper two slots solved the problem.
Test passed OK.
