Lenovo Erazer x315 upgrading graphics card and Power Supply

Hello I was thinking of upgrading my Pc the specs will be down below. 

Anyway I have never done more than add ram to my pc so I m not sure what kind of power supply or graphics card I should be looking into. I m not sure if the motherboard affects that or do I just make sure the new PS and Card are compatible. Thanks for any help newbie here just trying to figure it all out.
