Lenovo H50-55 Graphic-card upgrade??

I have a Lenovo H50-55 . Will Lenovo Bitland @ R7 240 @ 2G / A / DB / H VGA fit in on my pc ?? And is it in 2GB or 1GB ?? I already have a Radeon graphics card on my motherboard, if I buy this product from Lenovo : Bitland @ R7 240 , would it say that the graphics card i buy (Lenovo Bitland @ R7 240 @ 2G) will be able to cooperate in the same time with the another graphics card on my motherboard ??
