I am sorry to hear that you had a problem, but that is why I follow the old "If it is not broken, don't fix it" philosophy with BIOS updates from Lenovo, because they do not provide a method of backing up the old BIOS before updating like HP and others do. Very frustrating.
Since this is only happening when resuming from sleep, it could be a video card driver issue, so to test that, try disabling the current Intel Video driver, and then re-test the sleep issue.
The screen should go black for a second or two, and then come back using the Generic Windows driver
Now test the sleep process again.
If the computer sleeps and resumes just fine, then I would (from device manager) Right Click and Uninstall the current Intel graphics adapter, making sure to check the box to "Delete driver software for this device" before pressing OK
Next go to http://pcsupport.lenovo.com and download the latest driver from Lenovo (you may want to do this before uninstalling) and then install a clean copy, and again re-test our sleep issue again.
Note: You can also download the latest display driver first, so you have it ready after uninstalling the old one)

I cannot find the beep codes for your specific machines, but besides graphics adapters, the beeps you describe could be RAM related, so if you have more than one stick of RAM, you might try taking one out, and trying to reproduce, and then try the other one etc.
Unfortunately I do not work for Lenovo, so I do not have the older BIOS file.
Sorry, but perhaps someone from Lenovo will chime in with better news.
Best of luck,

Thank You for your answers but i think problem is inside BIOS :-(
My machine have AMIBios :
1 long, 3 short - Memory test failure. A fault has been detected in memory above 64KB
Inside my desktop is only one DIMM slot where is 4GB DDR3 a try different fuctional new 4GB DDR3 but same result :-(
I try memtest86 and GoldMemory tests but RAM is OK.
I think problem is between integrated graphics card and memory :-(
Afther i flash new BIOS my problem starts :-(
Now I use this driver but same beep and black screen :-(
