Welcome to the Community Forums.
The recommended graphics card for your desktop is a NV GeForce GT730 2G VGA+HDMI HP with part number 00PC205.
However, there is a discussion in this thread with other graphics card and PSU needed, https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Desktop-Towers/Upgrade-GPU-of-Lenovo-IdeaCentre-510-15IKL/td-p/4...

Do Not purchase the GT 710, the integrated Intel graphics, HD 630, has 80% better performance. Even the GT 730 with DDR5 memory is barely better than the integrated Intel graphics. The GT 1030 DDR5 is a much better low-power option.
GTX 1050 Ti was also a factory option on systems with a 210w supply, with vastly better performance than a GT 1030 at a higher cost. Therefore, it is important for you to tell us why you are needing a graphics card so that the right recommendation can be made. Thx.
Edit: now that I have the processor model, you have the HD 610 graphics, which is about on par with a GT 710, and still not worth the money to upgrade to.

I looked up the specs for your specific system, it has the 180w power supply, so we must stay with a low-power (30w) graphics card, and the best possible today is "low-profile GT 1030 with DDR5 memory". Do not get one with DDR4 memory as it has half the performance of DDR5 version.
If you are still at 4 GB main system memory, you must upgrade to 8 GB for good system performance. Google for Crucial and Kingston memory where you are, and enter your system information to see what 4 GB upgrades are available. Later, when you can afford it, you can add a M.2 PCIe SSD like the Samsung 970 Evo, this will greatly improve your disk access speed.

my memory now is upgrated from 4G ddr4 to 16G (2400 frequency). i want the most performant graphics card in the market. tell me please if this GT 1030 run with my pc. or palit GT 710 is better fo my architecture. (GT 730 is over, finished. i can't buy it). i have to choose between 710 or 1030?
another question: the 4G of graphics cards does'nt work with me? does me must choose only one with 2G ?
pc= lenovo ideacentre dual core 510 15ikl.

Your power supply is not strong enough to install a 4 GB graphics card.
GT 1030 is many times better than GT 710, but must be a GT 1030 model with DDR5 memory. For the cost you will be pleased with the performance of the GT 1030 DDR5: GT 1030 Review: A True Budget Option That’s Actually Decent
