More information is needed.  What is the full model number?  Ie.  T540 -15ICK or similar.  And what is the wattage of your power supply?  Look at the label on the power supply itself.  Memory size?

To be sure, we need to right off the label on the power supply.  Look for 12v wattage, and total wattage.

Yep, 210w.  The best you can do with that supply is a short GTX 1650 with DDR6 memory -- the performance difference probably not worth the cost for this upgrade.

Your system with the factory 310w supply had GTX 1660 and 1660 Ti as factory options.

Your 210w could be replaced with the Lenovo 310w supply, or more complicatedly, with an aftermarket TFX supply and adapter cable.

Yes, to one of the cards I listed above.  You could upgrade the processor to one of those i7 listed in the system specs, but the gaming performance increase over an i5 is negligible, and far less than putting that money into a better graphics card.
