I can't find cpu support list for Ideacentre 710-25ISH (motherboard IH170MS). I want to buy new intel cpu (i5-6600 with LGA1151). Where I can find lenovo cpu support lists? Is it possible to install i5-6600 CPU to this computer? My BIOS is the latest.

The partslist for that model shows that it could have shipped with a Core i5-6400 or Core i7-6700. It might accept other Skylake CPUs just fine, but I cannot confirm that.
If you already have the Core i5-6400, you will probably not seem much of a performance gain from upgrading to a Core i5-6600 as shown in this comparison, but you might notice a jump going to the Core i7-6700 due to it having a higher thread count (8 vs 4), more Smart Cache (6 MB vs 4 MB) and it being a hyperthreading CPU.

Like I said, according to that models product specification reference (Psref), that model shipped originally with a Core i5-6400 or Core i7-6700 CPU, so someone may have swapped the CPU with a Celeron before selling it to you.
If you motherboard looks like the one below, it should be able to install the Core i5-6400 or Core i7-6700, and perhaps the Core i5-6600 too since it is also a Skylake CPU and used the same chipset and socket.

Thank you for the information, but I already knew all this. I7-6700 is very expensive for me. i5-6500 or i5-6600 suits me on productivity and the price And I want to be 100% sure that they will work on this computer.

Because that system originally came with a Core i5-6400, it is unlikely that anyone would have upgraded to a Core i5-6660 because the two are so close in performance (see this comparison).
I did some searching, and I cannot find anyone who has upgraded to either one of those processors, but that is probably because doing so would only provide a marginal performance increase of 15% (the Core i5-6500 is only about 8% faster) over the original Core i5-6400.
I would be very surprised if the Core i5-6500 or Core i5-6600 CPUs you are looking at purchasing would not work just fine considering someone was already installed a Celeron, but if you want to be 100% sure, go with a Core i5-6400.
Best of luck,
