310s-08asr - Memory upgrade

could someone please advise me what 8 gig memory board I should have for  my Ideacentre 310s-08asr. Using win 10 and do I leave the original 4 gig installed

Hello @Nontechieone,

 

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

The machine supports up to Up to 16GB DDR4-2666.


This would mean if you currently have 4 gb ram you still have one RAM SLOT to use for upgrades.

See this recent thread for an aftermarket solution, and information that the 8GB has to be placed in a particular slot.
