Nothing has any power getting to it, and I just replaced the power supply. What else could be wrong?

Welcome to the Community,
Are you using a K450e Desktop? Have you also tried using a different power cable to check? Was there any light indicator that turn on in the Desktop when you press the power button?

Yes it is a 450E, I used the new power chord that came with the new power supply. The light on the button to boot it does not light up, the CD/DVD box won't open, nor will anything else power up like the keyboard etc.
It's like the computer is still unplugged.
Thank you I appreciate your help.

I've decided it must be my on button switch assembly. Can you help with a part number, or a way to get a new one ordered?

Based on the image, it shows as a Lenovo Chassis Switch:
There are two variants offered and you can compare with the image provided here in parts lookup (search by part number)
PN 31501041 LS K4 LED/switch cable_650mm
PN 31501072 JH K4 LED/switch cable_650mm
Using a voltmeter maybe you can test the new PSU and likewise continuity of the switch and cables. Others would even short the pins for the power directly on board to power on but I suggest mapping with volt meter or check for loose cable or bent pins/ contacts can help.
If you need further tools then your nearest service center can further isolate it since they most likely have tested parts to spare and likewise map it out to avoid unneccessary purchase.
I hope this helps answer your query.
