I'm using Lenovo H520s Tower Type Desktop.
and recently my pc stopped working ..so I decided to install windows 7 on it but when I booted there was no option to boot from USB there was only 2 devices on list 1 for HDD 2nd for DVD.
any solution ??

Your PC may require UEFI bootable media, if this is the case you can create a bootable USB drive using Rufus [https://rufus.akeo.ie/]. You'll need to use the GPT partion scheme for UEFI.
Another option is to disable secure boot and enable legacy boot devices in your BIOS/UEFI settings [accessed by F1 or F2 on startup]. Your existing bootable USB drive should show up then.
@EveXR, the following doesn't apply to your PC
Protip: If your PC is really old and just doesn't support USB booting you can use Plop Boot Manager
