First solution: While the laptop is on, you need to press the nova button it is in a small hole with a backward-pointing arrow next to it, after pressing it, a menu should appear, select advanced options, and select startup repair. If that does not work do the same procedure again but this time select "Reset this PC".

Second solution (If the first one does not work): Download the Windows 10 installation media on another computer and for this part, you need a USB stick, just use the installation media and select create windows mountable for another computer then select your USB, from here it is straightforward. Next, put the USB in the laptop boot into bios change bios boot order to USB first ( boot into BIOS then go to the boot section). Restart the laptop and then Windows installer will appear, straightforward installation from here on if you don't know how to do the Windows setup just search it up.

Hello @Jeff5657,

Thanks for reaching out.

To add to the previous poster's comment I would suggest turning on the machine then interrupting the power up by unplugging do this 3 times and this should trigger the recovery option easily.

Once you are able to access recovery I would suggest following this quick guide: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/videos/vid100785-how-to-reset-your-pc-in-windows-10
