If your system came with the 210 watt PSU, then it probably came with the Nvidia GT730 too. Nvidia recommends a 300 watt PSU for both the GT730 and the GTX 1050 TI, so you probably can just plug in the the GTX 1050 and be fine, but if you need to install a larger PSU, that system uses a TFX form factor PSU such as this one
The one problem that you will have with installing a 3rd party PSU is that you will need an adapter such as this one sold by Moddiy to convert the standard 24-pin motherboard power connector, to the 10-pin version used by lenovo on your system's motherboard. Usually when using a 24 to 10 pin adapter, the system fans etc. will shut down, but the PSU does not, so you will have to either use a powerstrip to power off completely, or get a PSU like this one that has a switch on the back.
Note: The sources I gave are just examples.

Actually I just checked the parts list for the Ideacenter 510, and per the lenovo parts list found here, the 1050 TI 2GB version was an available option on some Ideacenter 510's, so if you do indeed have the 210 Watt PSU already, you should not need to upgrade your PSU at all in order to upgrade to any of the GTX 1050 models.
Note: You will probably need to get a single fan/mini version of the GTX 1050 such as this one to fit inside the case, but other than that you should be good to go.
Also note that the PSref also shows that the Ideacentre 510 shipped with a GTX 1050 as an option.
