supported graphics card for V530-15ICB Desktop (Lenovo) - Type 10TV

Hi

 

I have V530-15ICB Desktop (Lenovo) - Type 10TV

what are the supported graphic card to it .

I tried the

 Asus Dual GTX 1650 MINI 4GB GDDR6 DVI HDMI DP

but it was large for the box and I could not close it .

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Based on the parts list of the machine the tested cards compatible for this machine is Radeon 520 or GT730.

Since you've already tested a GTX1650 on the machine I would suggest looking for a low profile video card so it will fit in the machine a quick search for the GT730 shows that the card is 145 mm in length so this would be a good place to start in terms of finding one that will fit into the machine.

Hello i have the same pc and faced the same problem. I would like to install a more powerful video card, for example, the size of the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 D6 OC Low Profile is good, but it requires 300 watts of power supply and the pc has 180 W psu. The small case made it difficult to find a suitable psu. Maybe Lenovo have a 300-watt PSU that is the right size for this case ?

Thanks for the answer BiggAl , but I meant that the Lenovo specialists will tell the specific PSU model , because every seller in the online store that his adapter is suitable, but no one gives a guarantee. I read before the forum thread you are talking about, I think with such an assembly, the computer will simply turn off during the game, because the video card consumes more power under load (I mean modern games) , therefore, even for 1030 it is better to put an adapter of at least 300 watts.
