See this thread and the K100 part list (Hard drive bracket, plastic 41R6064 <-- ?). I suppose you can order one from your regional Lenovo support.

Re: Upgrade Iomega StorCenter ix4-200d to the latest firmware currently running on 2.1.44.30050

Hi edgardiaz,

Do you still need help on this post?

I had exactly the same problem and now have a usb drive that will install cloud firmware version 3.2.6.17887 onto your ix4 and from there you can use the update firmware options on the nas to load the firmware version 3.2.14.30167.

you will loose all data on the drives when you upgrade the firmware from version 2 non cloud  to 3 cloud.

I removed all the drives from the unit, labelled where they came from and then did my testing with 2x  80gb blank drives in slots 1 and 2.

got it working before diciding to move forwards with my 4x 1tb drives.

got it all working but to be honest I don't even use the cloud feature on it.
