hello, Observing quite strange issues with NAS server (PX12r-400r).
Till yesterday, NAS webpage was unable to open due to authorization issue. We were unable to login with admin and our generic logins to webpage.
Today now, situation is more worse. we can no more reach to device page, and there is some reachability issue. we have already tried to restart the device physically, server is out of warranty and Lenovo is not supporting.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for the response.
No. Device cannot be pinged. Data is no longer accessible after reboot. It was accessible before reboot. The device was flashing blue after reboot but not sure of any screen. This is a px12r-400r and we checked only the front panel LED.

How many drives are installed and what is the total space available for all the drives combined?
For clarification, lost access to device but data was still accessible. During troubleshooting the device was rebooted (how? holding power button? pulling power?) and then the device and data is no longer accessible.
Like you said there are some indicator lights on the front. Are they blinking. We may be able to look up an error based on how they are blinking.

I have attached few pics for front/rear panel. Seems there is a rear LED flashing blue.
Total space is 9TB with 2 volumes of 4.5 TB each
Suddenly, 2 days ago we were no longer able to log in to device with administrator logins but device and data was accessible but could mount nfs drive. The technician rebooted by holding power button and since then device /data can no longer be pinged or accessed.
Is there a correct way to reboot ? or any option to reset the device to make it reachable without loosing data .
