I'm in the UK, I am tearing my hair out trying to get a return organised for my faulty Lenovo Explorer.
I have added the unit to my account and I have then tried to go through the product registration twice, which it tells me may take 24h and I will get an email, which I never receive.
There's a Lenovo Returns button on the warranty status screen but it just takes me to an order checker page as if I am waiting for a delivery.
Please can someone tell me how to proceed ? I love my headset and I would like to get it sorted out so that I can use it again.
