Lenovo Explorer HMD no display

Hey, I've been using my Lenovo Explorer for about a month now and it's been working perfectly fine. However, while using it yesterday, the program I was using crashed and the display went black. No matter what I did, the display would not come back on. The Windows Mixed Reality program has no problem detecting the headset and receives tracking information - every feature of the headset was working except there was no image in the display. There were no error messages, everything should have been working. I have never dropped the headset or gotten it wet - so it's not physical damage.

I have tried restarting the program, restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the Windows Mixed Reality portal, uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics drivers, changing the displays refresh rate to every available option, switching USB ports. However, nothing has worked. It's not a compatibility issue as it has worked fine in the past.

The laptop's specs are:

Ryzen 5 2500u CPU

Vega 8 GPU

8GB DDR4 RAM

1TB SSD
