Lenovo Explorer: controller issues

2018-06-30, 20:06 PM
I've been using the lenovo mixed reality (G0A20002 model) for a good few months now, and it has had its issues (over heating, blue/black screen, undeteded usb device). but im currently experiacing an issue where the right controller would power off (on full battery/ recently changed batteries) after about 30 seconds to a minute of idle (in my hand loading a game or not moving it at that time) in beatsaber this is most fustraiting. the left controller is perfectly fine and opperates as expected. any reason the right controller could be doing this?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi,

I am sorry you are having trouble with your controllers. There really isn't a reason that this should happen, and I suggest that you reach out to our customer service page: https://smartsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/smart/arvr/lenovo-explorer/g0a2

they may be able to better diagnose the problem, and help in fixing your controller.

Regards,

Gwilson

I'm having issues with my controllers and wondered if there is anywhere I could send them to be repaired as buying a new set costs a fortune as they're only sold second hand. Help would be appreciated, thanks.
