Lenovo Explorer: the headset not working

Hi,

I just brough a LE and can't make it work.

I have made the W10 update ok, reinstall graphic drivers, and relaunch 5 times at least the mixed reality setup : always the same result :

after having made the pairing of controllers, having define the room scale, the setup dowload the rest of the software and when it arrives at 100% it closes (crashes?)

When I start after that the mixed reality app, it also crashes after few seconds.

 

I am a bit clueless...

(and yes, my system is compatible : all checks are green at setup start)

Are you using any third party softwares of monitoring like MSI Afterburner or others?

 

Try disabling antivirus and exiting the 3rd party softwares.

No, I wasn't. I also tried with AV deactivated.
I guess the issue was somewhere else : after reinstalling Windows (not less) everything started to work.

I've been having a similar problem lately, everytime I plug the headset in, the interface pops up, I'm able to use the headset for a few seconds. Then it freezes and completely shuts down. Any solutions to fix this?
