100% disk usage Lenovo flex 2 -15

 A month ago i faced laging and programs not responding , and blue screen in my laptop  >
i sent it to warranty twice but they didn't fix the isseu , the disk usage go 100% directly , they just uninstall windows 10 and install windows 8 (first time ) seconde time they just stopped some windows services , but the isseu still going , im not sopping , i'll send it again soon for the third time , i looked here in the forums , and i saw some people faced the same isseu and they get hard disk replacment , i asked some specialist and they said the same get hard disk replacment , the funny point is when im using the laptop on the taple like (L) The the disk usage go 100% directly with click sound from hard disk side , but when i hold it like (V) the disk usage go down to 0 - 4-6 % and work good , i dont understand why they didnt notice, !! also i cant contact with lenovo here in saudi arabia directly and explain the isseu , i have to send it to the store i bought the laptop from and they send it to lenovo :L

Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

Best to have the clicking noise from the hard drive reported as well as the lagging problem since these are direct indicators of a possible mechanical issue with the drive. Running diagnostics may and may not detect the issue at a certain time but surely probable to fail at the time clicking is also happening.

 

Contacting technical support  (800 85 000 52 9:00 - 18:00 Sunday - Thursday ) or the store would definitely be the next step whichever would work for you best.
