Case Escalation

Hey All. On December 19th after I had to nag nag nag to get anyone's attention my case was escalated. That was December 19th and I haven't had anyone reach out. Has anyone else ever been told their case has been escalated and how long did you wait?

My case was closed for insufficent info on December 22nd, 4 days after it was escalated. And no one told me. It took complaining on the BBB from someone from there to finally adress my problem.

Can you explain how you did this? My case is taking forever and my complaint thread has just been moved from the laptop-specific venue to this graveyard so it won't be seen by users of my model.
