We have an exchange student from Spain. He has a Lenove IdeaPad 100. On some of his keys there are three options -- for example, on the 2 key, there is 2, @ and "
We have figured out how to type the 2, the @, but on his laptop [I'm using my laptop, not his to type this ], there is the option to use the quote symbol -- "
But, we can't figure out what we need to do in order to get use of the " (and other symbols when keys have 3 options). I've attached a pic of the keyboard in hopes someone can help.

I cannot tell for sure from the pic you posted, but there should be an AltGR key to the right of the spacebar that when pressed, should get you to the "third level, and AltGr+⇧ Shift will take you to the 4 level keys.
The examples below is for a different keyboard layout, but the process should similar.

Thank you! Thank you! Of course, I attached the wrong keyboard photo. But you were still able to figure it out. We so appreciate the help here!
Have a great day!!!
