Recent update from factory install to:

Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1511 Build 10586.29
Lenovo IdeaPad 300 - 15ISK
Product: 80Q7
Entering Windows 10 Settings and any sub-setting is fine EXCEPT Update and Security. Program shutsdown and closes screen. Report below.
