Keyboard replacement for my Yoga ideapad 510-14IKB

I splashed some tea on the keyboard of my 510-14IBK Laptop (ideapad) model 80VB and now some of the keys have stopped working. I am in the UAE. I am asking if it can be an issue of software update for the keyboard, or I will need to replace it? If i am to replace where can I get it cause I searched online and didnt find?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Since there was a direct known cause and if an external usb keyboard works fine, then it would be probable that the hardware is the point of failure.

 

You can get the part number needed from parts look-up page here.

Searching online from other resellers can be easier using the part number (keyboard is part of the upper casse mechanical assembly). Check for return options just in case.
