Lenovo Idea Pad 100-15IBD is not starting

Last day I forced stopped my laptop and when I start it again he run normaly but I received a blue screen and then it restarted and then there said "Preparing Automatic Repair". I let them all night but no thing happened.

I don't know what to do. I tried to reset it from BIOS but I can't. I try to use the windows backup CD but it didn't worked. Now I can't acces my laptop.

I need help to start it.

PS: I have windows 10.

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.


If you have googled your issue you will see several factors that can cause the problem. One factor is driver. You can also start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 15 seconds.
