Miix 300-10IBY recharge stops at 88%

2016-08-25, 19:24 PM

Hello.

My problem is stated in the subject title above. I also took a picture of it. In the picture, system tells that power is 100% in 35min, but nothing happends. The %- value is not going up nor the timer go down.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi there, Rex –

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

The "Lenovo Energy Management" software provides option for Battery Protection which limits charging to 60%. Please uninstall & re-install the Energy manager. You can download the energy management here.

Then,

1. Open Lenovo Energy Management from your system tray
2. Run Battery repair test
3. Then choose "Maximum battery life"

Then you can finally recharge your battery up to 100%.

Update us how it goes.

Hey Shashi,

Sorry for long delay.

I seems that the current OS is Windows 10 on the Miix 300. I cannot find energy management software on the computer, its not installed. I checked the energy management software you linked, its only for OS 8.1.

Problem still not fixed, I cannot find solution from the Windows 10 power settings eighter. Suggestions?

Thanks!
