Lenovo Ideapad 310-IKB unstable wifi connection

the problem is my wifi connection is unstable. there is to much spike and high ping. otherside, my friend laptop have a stable connection. we are in the same connection. I've tried many solutions base on internet. I've been update the latest wifi driver. but i doesn't make any change. now i'm so frustrated. please help! thanksScreenshot (2).pngthis is what i mean

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


Try to download the Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.

 

Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.

Try to check the following post, see if this can be of any help at all.

it make a change! great. let see for a couple hour it will back to my problem or not. thanks btw

well your solution work for me in normal use, no gaming of course. but i dont know why ping getting bigger when i play DOTA 2. can you help me?
