Should we start a new thread asking Lenovo to change the horrible colorful boot logo for the classic one??
I created a thread dedicated to this issue

I wanted to thank the active community here as my KB has been getting better since the bios updates, guessing in no small part to the activity here! (I registered just to post this so sorry if not knowing all the rules?)

Well, I have those issues on windows on my 1TB HDD and on arch linux on my NVMe SSD, plus when I performed a clean windows installation to install my bios update I also had those problems, it's why I think this is not a problem with my OS or my drivers...
Sendit to Lenovo, it looks like a defect in your laptop's hardware.

Hi all, i'm the thread starter.
Thank to all for pushing Lenovo to solve the issues with keyboard and touchpad.
It took 1 year to got a bios fix
I'm confirming that keyboard and touchpad work fine after updating BIOS to E5CN60WW version

Soo... What does this update do? I've read the
Summary of changes
But what does it mean?
It fix the conservation mode problem, but but battery gauge no longer have shortcut to lenovo setting app, instead to its revered to lenovo companion app.

It fix the conservation mode problem.
It does not fix it for me. Whenever I switch the system on, conservation mode is immediately switched off (so I have to switch conservation mode on again in order to prevent the battery being charged above 60%).
Does conservation mode work correctly for anyone? I don't have an account with the Microsoft Store, so have not been able to update "Lenovo Settings".
