I've been trying to purchase the Ideapad 5i for more than a week and I'm stunned on how hard it was to get some kind of clarification.

3 chats that simply ended without answering the question, a 4th that told me I would get an email with a solution (no email received), and now an awkward sales call where no intention to sell me whatsoever, ended with "yeah, it's more expensive" followed by an awkward silence untill I decided to thank the operator and hang up.

This laptop has an option to upgrade to an i7 for +70€, but when selected, the price jumps almost 200€.

My expectations where too high I guess, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good and probably will look for a different solution.
