Checking on the general specs sheet shows that IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 has,
Max Memory[1]
Up to 16GB DDR4-3200 offering
Memory Slots
Two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots, dual-channel capable
Memory Type
DDR4-3200
Notes:
The max memory is based on the test results with current Lenovo® memory offerings. The system may support more memory as the technology develops.
With that note there, it means that this laptop can support more than that memory.
I checked the third party certified reseller Crucial site and they have tested that IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7's ram can reach up to 64GB max.
You can actually replace the currently installed ram sticks and put 16GB ram sticks on the two slots that will make it 64GB in total.

Have you installed RAM64 yet? I'm still hesitating whether or not it can be installed. If so, what model is it that can be installed?

Crucial is not the only ram supplier that posts compatibility lists for their own products.
So select a ram supplier, next find that suppliers recommended PC compatibility list. Then select to purchase from that short list.
Alternative convince a friend with same PC as you to try it and let you know how it works. Usually ddrx SODIMM such frequency and so many GB is successful, but incompatible devices happen this way.
Lenovo tested ram is available from support.lenovo.com, search the data ase for your model to learn which Lenovo parts are compatible.
