Greetings.
Hi @CentreKingdom.
First and foremost, apologies to read that your device has an issue with the display.
I would likewise agree with @Usedtoberich, might be best that you reach out to the technical department team or on the nearby service facility so they can create a ticket on it or check the machine in person and offer service if available.
I'm just chiming in as well for some additional information if in case that you might be interested in looking for the compatible part for your LCD. You can find the FRU PN of the LCD screen of your laptop on parts look up site. Here are the steps.
- Go to https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/partslookup
- Type the serial number of your laptop
- You can also type your complete machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK or 20UD000BUS) on the search bar
- Hit enter and that will take you to the Product Home page for your system
- Click on Parts Tab on the left side of page, then click on the Model Tab or on the Compatible Tab
- Under the Compatible Tab or the Model Tab, you will find the 'Commodity Type' option
- Under Commodity Type, you will see a lot of key words that are related to the computer parts
- Choose 'LCD panel' for the key word of lcd screen
- Other key words that pertain to a different part will be open there for you to explore, try it out
- The results will show what is the OEM compatible screen for your unit
- You will also see the photo of the part and the FRU PN (field replacement unit part number) or simply known as 'part number'
- Use the FRU PN (field replacement unit part number) to check the availability of this screen in some parts resellers or aftermarket in your regions
