No Nvidia GPU installed.
My installed GPUs are Intel® Arc™ A370M Graphics and Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
Have you tried this yet?

Diox_Lenovo,
I have NO issue with screen scaling. My problem is my Slim 7 16IAH7 that comes with the Intel ARC A370M GPU does not support resizable BAR. Yet Inte's documentation states that Rebar support is required for this GPU!
Sorry for the late reply and earlier link.
I see your processor is i7 12th Gen and supports it.
What is your BIOS version?
Is your Compatibility Support Module (CSM) or Legacy Mode disabled?
Is UEFI boot mode Enabled in BIOS?

I own the exact same model and have exactly the same issue. Lenovo, is a simple question, does this laptop model support resizable bar? Yes o no? Is an easy question.
According to the Intel Arc Control software, if I have the older Intel dGPU drivers installed, version WDDM 3.0, the Resizable Bar is enabled, but when I install a more recent driver, version WDDM 3.1, it is disabled. It doesn't matter if I use the driver from the Lenovo or Intel website, if it is version WDDM 3.1 it doesn't work. Every time I use Photoshop, Capture One, Cinema 4D, Blender or any other software that requires the use of the dGPU I end up with a deadly blue error screen 1 minute after opening the programs.
I have already reinstalled Windows 3 times, I have tried installing only 1 of these programs, such as Blender, which is completely free and is downloaded from the official Microsoft store and I still get the same behavior.
If I keep the dGPU driver at the old version WDDM 3.0, the blue screen does not appear, but certain problems do occur and I end up closing the program and reopening it. If the laptop goes into sleep mode, it is best to restart it later because otherwise the programs cause problems such as not finding the dGPU.
This problem must be quite common by now and Lenovo must be aware of what it is. If they are an honest company, they should call on those of us who own this model to solve it for us completely free of charge, since it is a compatibility problem between the components of this model.
Sorry Diox, I am a user, not a "support specialist".
Please outline the process to answer the following questions:
What is your BIOS version?
Is your Compatibility Support Module (CSM) or Legacy Mode disabled?
Is UEFI boot mode Enabled in BIOS?
