Hi guest28441,
I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Lenovo ideapad3. It's definitely frustrating when things don't work as they should, especially with a device that's less than a year old.
Since you've already tried the usual troubleshooting steps and even had a technician look at it, it might be best to utilize your warranty at this point. You can check the warranty status of your product here. If your laptop is still under warranty, you can submit a service request here or find a local authorized service center here to perform maintenance or repair.
I understand your frustration, but please don't give up just yet. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards,
Hassen_Lenovo

Your feedback helps us improve!Hi guest28441,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your Lenovo ideapad3. Here are a few steps you can try:
Force shutdown your laptop by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Then, turn it back on to see if it boots up normally.
If the issue persists, you can try booting in Safe Mode. To do this, hold the power button to force shutdown, then turn it back on. As soon as you see the Lenovo logo, press the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Select Safe Mode and press Enter.
If you're still stuck in the restart loop, you may need to perform a system restore. This will revert your system back to a previous state before the update. You can do this by booting into Safe Mode, then searching for "System Restore" in the Windows search bar and following the prompts.
If none of these steps work, I recommend reaching out to our technical support team for further assistance. You can submit a service request here.
I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Hassen_Lenovo

Thank you for that information. I have tried all of those things and contacted technical support through Microsoft because of the error I’m receiving bc. It will not allow me in safe mode. I also tried rebooting windows 10 back on it as they suggested but the laptop will not even recognize the usb to do that. I have had a technician even try to load the windows 10 and they cannot figure out why the laptop won’t recognize it, for a technician to be stumped is mind blowing to me. This laptop is not even a year old I cannot believe the problems I am having. I have no clue what else to try other than throwing the junk away.
