Asking for a different replacement

Hi, my laptop was sent for repair after a spill and I was offered a replacement. I didn't fully read everything and accepted. After seeing a couple problems of the laptop such as a smaller battery, and ok cooling I asked the next day for a different replacement. In particular the legion 15 which is actually cheaper at the moment. Two days later after it ships he responds saying its shipped and that he cant. Is there anything I can possible do?

Sorry to say that I doubt very much it is possible, you would need to speak to your case manager, and I'm presuming your system was replaced under the Accidental Damage warranty package as a result of liquid spill damage. It may also not be possible to transfer the warranty across different models as those offering also vary depending on system type.
