So I went to the link you provided, and it did appear to be the same.  However when I tried to install the file, it halted after telling me that the file did not match the model.  So I am back to waiting on a matching update which will work.  Thank you for the help, though!

For anyone still concerned about this warning message showing BIOS is not for your model:
I took the almost-completed advice in this thread and just pushed through
(braving the possible destruction of my system), and was rewarded handsomely with an upgraded Basic Input/Output System!

If you should tread these same treacherous waters, you may be similarly rewarded!  

Stuff is working much better on my PC now (WLAN card occasionally froze up for minutes at a time before this fix, seems to be moving smoothly now)

Personally, I blame some dumbass programmer who surely forgot to include all the model names in the pre-warning-message check.  As it is clearly stated in the associated README that the following models are supported:

So just breathe through it, it may be a bit of a stretch, but Yoga is healthy for the system.
