I have ideapad 330 with "intel 620" integrated graphics and "Amd Radeon 530" dedicated graphics. it was all working fine since last week but i reccently noticed my game is laging when i play so i checked the device manager and guess what "AMD Radeon 530" the dedicated graphics is not showing in device manager it means my laptop is not detecting it. Any Solutions ??

Hello Su C,

 

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

I may suggest you can try to download the display driver from the support site. On the support page, enter your machine serial number to load the correct drivers, go to Drivers and Software tab, click on Manual Update. Look for the AMD display drivers and download-install it. Restart the machine and then check.

Hi Su C,

 

You may try to look for switchable graphics. Go to BIOS and try checking if the switchable graphics card is enabled. You may add a screenshot of your BIOS here.

It's on switchable graphics only and that won't help either.

Hi Su C,

 

I would like to suggest to share the machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK) from the sticker so it would help us find specifications on your machine variant.
 
Check Device Manager and click show all on the top.


If you can get a snapshot to check if AMD would be there.
 
If not then uninstall Intel graphics and download both Intel and Dedicated graphics driver from the support site. Enter your machine serial number, go to Drivers and Software > Manual Update. Look for display drivers.

 

Install the intel driver then the dedicated graphics and restart the machine.
