Have to keep re-pairing bluetooth headphones.

Every single time I want to use my bluetooth headphones, I have to forget them, put them in pairing mode, and re-pair them. I have had this problem for a few weeks now. I'm asking this question here instead of on windows support because i face the issue on both Windows 11 and PopOS 21.04

 

The headphones are: JBL Tune 700BT

 

Laptop Model: Lenovo Ideapad 530S-15IKB D

 

I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

First of all, you need to share the machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK or 20UD000BUS) from the sticker usually located under the case. This would help us detail more about your machine variant while keeping the confidentiality of your serial number.

 

Check this guide how to find your machine type model / MTM. Please refrain from including the machine serial number (S/N): https://support.lenovo.com/ph/en/videos/vid100751-how-to-locate-serial-number-and-machine-type-model-number-may-2020-update

 

Have you tried other Bluetooth headset to isolate the issue if this doesn't happen on single headphone?

 

How about if you are going to use a wireless mouse or keyboard perhaps, would those peripheral devices had to be re-paired?
