Lenovo IdeaPad C340 Fn + Q Stopped Working

2021-04-25, 11:34 AM

Hi, My IdeaPad C340 Fn + Q suddenly stopped working. I've seen some users asked to install from Microsoft Store and install the LenovoUtility. I've tried to install it, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to restore that Fn + Q feature?
Thanks.

Hi;

Nice to have you here!

The 'Fn+Q' function depends on the ITS driver, please ensure the dependency is installed and running correctly.

Installation check:

Go to Device manager -> System devices -> Lenovo Notebook ITS driver

As below:

Running check:

Go to Task manager -> Services Tab -> LITSSVC

Then tell me your results, tank you.

Hi Santoso1241,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I might suggest you can try to check first if the current BIOS version of your machine matches the recommended version uploaded on the support site

On the support page, enter your machine serial number to load up the correct drivers, click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to Manual Update. Check the drivers then compare them. Proceed to installing the BIOS drivers if not matching.

Afterwards, try to uninstall then reinstall the Lenovo Utility and then test. See if this would work as stated in this same thread.

Regards.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried your solution, but it still not working for me. I think there is a setting to allow this Fn + Q feature?
