Ideapad 320-15IAP laptop freezes

Hello everyone,


I recently purchased this laptop, on 14th of November. Since first day I have problems with laptop freezing while only surfing on internet (youtube and facebook). On 26th November I sent my laptop to service that gave me warrantly. They said that nothing is wrong with laptop, except for bios being legacy instead of UEFI (which is ridiculous, since it is UEFI from day 1).

Also it says that my warantly started on 5th of October, but i have purchase receipt to claim that is not true.


Did anyone had similiar problem? I also ran some tests and when i started windows powershell test for software it crashed twice. It also once showed me CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMOUT error, while I was using internet.

Driver issue, software conflict, or system files issues can be the reasons why the computer is freezing and encountering a blue screen error. We need to isolate the issue for us to know what is causing the error. As an initial isolation step, kindly perform a clean boot for us to know if the issue will occur while the third party services are disabled. If there is a third party antivirus installed, kindly disable it temporarily. Please take note that disabling the antivirus can make the computer vulnerable to threats. If the issue persists after performing a clean boot and disabling the third party antivirus software, kindly enable the software right away. Also, could you send us a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase so we can take necessary action regarding the warranty? You can send the copy of the receipt via private message in our LenovoSupport (Administrator) profile.
