Ideapad 320 Asks for defaultuser1 log in when turned on

Asks for defaultuser1 log in when turned on.  I dont know who this is and dont know password.  Was told to contact manufacturer but cant find a contact #.  HELP!!!!

Good to have you here. May I ask if you have just purchased this machine, if not, how did you acquire it?

 

If machine brand new, you can just proceed to user set up and it will eventually lead you to Windows. Other way that you can work on this is to initiate a full factory reset on the unit to remove the password and the user.

 

In addition, please share the machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK) from the sticker as it would help us detail more about your machine variant.

 

Update us soon as convenient.
