Hi User636.

Tanks for keeping me posted.

Please try this troubleshooting steps.

Method 2.

  • On Start > Device Manager, and select it from the list of results. Under Mice and other pointing devices, select your touchpad, open it, select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

  • If those steps didn't work, try uninstalling your touchpad driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the touchpad driver, and select Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

  • If that didn't work, try using the generic driver that comes with Windows. Here's how: in Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) your touchpad driver > Update driver software.  Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select HID compliant mouse, select Next, and follow the instructions to install it.

Method 3.

You have to download the file Windows10upgrade9252.exe, from the link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=799445

After then you will be able to upgrade your windows,

Hope this will address your query.

Regards.

Hi User636.

What control center are you referring to?
Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that was offered?

You can customize your mouse in a variety of ways in Windows. For instance, you can swap the functions of your mouse buttons, make the mouse pointer more visible, and alter the scroll speed of the mouse wheel.

Try this,

:  https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/videos/vid50001  (Touchpad Settings in Windows 10, 8, 7 - IdeaPad)

https://support.lenovo.com/ph/en/videos/vid500013 (How To - Touchpad Response is Very Slow in Windows 10, 8, 7 IdeaPad)

Change mouse settings form Microsoft =

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14206/windows-7-change-mouse-settings (Change mouse settings).

Hi User636.

Try to use a external keyboard and go to > Touchpad control panel, Pointing / sensitivity / PalmCheck -> set to minimum.
