Lenova Flex 3 1480 goes into sleep mode and won't wake up

Once my computer goes into sleep mode i can't wake it up without turning it off and then back on again which takes awhile to reboot.

Try this:

Device manager 

Lenovo FHID Device
open UMDF HID minidriver
Under the power management tab 
Uncheck box that allows the computer to turn off the device to save power


Update us how it goes.

I have this issue for long time, and it become worse, need to power down to reboot. Tried the suggestion, but no help. Any other solution?

Hi JASON12345,


I might suggest that you can try to update your machine's display driver from the recommended drivers on support site. On the support page, enter your machine serial number to load up the drivers, go to Drivers and Software tab, click on Manual Update then download-install the display drivers.


You may also check if the issue reported would be present in safe mode.
