No. The CPU chip is soldered to the system board.

Welcome to the Community.

 

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard which is designed FOR that CPU. Given the hassle and the price of a whole new mobo, it might better to get a new i7 computer and keep this one up-to-date as a backup.
