Lenovo 330S-15IKB does not respond when put to sleep

Almost everytime when i put my laptop in sleep mode, it stops responding. The power button remains lit, but it does not respond to pressing keys, so I cannot wake it up. Only the hard restart by holding the power button helps. Can you please help me with this issue?

Hello,

 

I had this problem, but it only happened when it went to sleep while attached to a dock, and I removed it from the dock then attempted to wake it up.

 

Have you searched the Lenovo Knowledge Base?   The Windows Knowledge Base?

Hi I have the same problem in the same model, I just a week  report to Lenovo Support but until today I did not receive a call to know the steps to fixed, Did you have a solution for this problem?
